What is DRC Locator?

DRC Locator provides Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) location and schedule information. Users enter an originating address and DRC Locator identifies and provides directions to the nearest DRCs. DRC Locator also provides information on DRC hours and services. DRC Locator will help FEMA provide the public up-to-date DRC information.

Who can access DRC Locator?

DRC Locator is accessible to FEMA staff and the general public.

How can I use DRC Locator?

You can use DRC Locator to find the DRCs in your state or nearest DRCs, driving directions, schedule, and service information. Follow the steps below to find the nearest DRC:

  1. Choose to search by Location.
  2. Type in an originating address (City and State are required), or the Zip Code.
  3. Click the Submit button.
  4. You will see a list of the nearest DRCs, approximate distance, hours, and services available.
  5. Click the Directions link next to the desired DRC for detailed driving instructions.

  1. Choose to search by State.
  2. Select a state.
  3. You will see a list of the DRCs, hours, and services available.

How do I report a technical malfunction or make a suggestion for improving DRC Locator?

You can report technical problems or suggest improvements by emailing the FEMA DRC Unit at DRC_Unit@fema.dhs.gov.
